E-mail communication
E-mail communication with the publisher currently takes place openly and unencrypted. It can therefore not be ruled out that data sent in this way can be viewed by third parties and that contacts with our institution can be traced. General customer relations
In order to process our business relationships, we require data that is intended exclusively for internal use. These are in particular company names, personal data, addresses, UID numbers, IBAN numbers and telephone numbers, which we need for the internal processing of business processes, as well as for invoicing and for the processing of electronic payments.

Within the scope of processing business with our customers, we also work together with service providers to whom we may make your data available in order to contact you. Your data will be stored for the duration of the legal obligation to keep records.

We reserve the right to obtain credit information. This information is used exclusively for internal purposes and will not be passed on to third parties and will be destroyed after termination of the business relationship.

Applications
By sending your application documents by e-mail or by post, you simultaneously consent to the storage and processing of the data for the application process. The data will be treated with discretion at all times and will be destroyed or returned after a negative decision. It is not possible to return application documents that we have received as blind applications by post.

Unless further mentioned in this privacy policy, the provisions of the currently valid Data Protection Act apply.
